In this exciting role, you’ll be a rainmaker. You’ll use your strong sales knowledge and top-notch networking/relationship skills to drive new business opportunities successfully, providing best in class talent and service.

Responsibilities include:
 

• Target, research and identify new business opportunities for contract, contract to hire, consulting and full-time recruitment search and enter them into our applicant tracking system.

 

• Build personal and meaningful relationships with executive level hiring managers

 

• Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes

 

• Consultative selling-we don’t take every order. Is it realistic? Salary competitive? What’s the opportunity? Gain a true understanding of our client’s needs, culture, and work environment and what’s to come.

 

• Debrief the team and write compelling job descriptions

 

• Collaborate with recruiting and internal team members to make placements happen, ensuring the highest level of talent and client experience.

 

• Stay in the know on trends in recruiting, competition and what’s new, keeping the team informed

 

• Attend virtual and in person events in your marketplace.

 

• Be willing to pitch in wherever needed-we’re a small and mighty team!

 

• Travel to Minneapolis on occasion.

The MUST HAVES:
 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in sales in a marketing or creative firm or strong experience in a recruitment sales role
• Strong love for our business
• Experience in consultative selling-we want what’s best for our talent and our clients!
• Hungry. Humble. Smart. True Heart.
• Ability to foster deep relationships
• Self starter who also loves to collaborative
• Driven to succeed!
