This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced creative project manager who enjoys a challenge and is committed to evolve their skills in account/project management. This individual will work hand-in-hand with creative leadership to manage the day-to-day client relationship, operations, delivering high quality customer service and follow-through on all tasks and deliverables. This role requires a consummate professional, highly organized, extremely detailed and someone cool under pressure in this fast paced environment.  You must be able to work independently under little direction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as main point of contact to internal client. Manages projects from kickoff through creative presentation to production with superior project management skills
  • Helps client understand creative services process and navigates client communication to help them understand timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborates with client on a daily basis, and has the confidence to question and push client on strategy
  • Flawless execution of all types of projects and new creative
  • Works with all areas of Creative Services and ensures all appropriate parties are involved at appropriate time; anticipates issues ahead of time
  • Master of process and workflow; creates timelines, budgets, meeting notes and status sheets; leads client meetings
  • Knows the brand standards and guidelines
 Required Experience
  • Account services experience in internal or external agency required
  • Solid project management and account services skills with a full understanding of creative process and print production
  • Ability to understand and communicate marketing strategy
  • Action-oriented, independent thinker, and energetic communication
  • Solid understanding of procedures, software and equipment in a creative services department
  • Demonstrated customer service and account management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle stressful situations including deadline pressures 
  • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining corporate brand identity
